About

Marketing that works on both ends.

I'm Alex Zito, a multidisciplinary marketer working across content, social, email and CRM, event strategy, web, and AI-enabled creative. I build campaigns and the systems behind them — turning technical subject matter into clear, measurable audience engagement.

My experience spans fintech, healthcare, sports and agency environments. At tZERO I rebuilt event operations on an automated workflow, produce near-daily social content, and redesigned the HubSpot newsletter. Before that I launched TheraPanacea's U.S. website and owned its ASTRO email program, ran campaigns for six oncology clients at G3, directed a repositioning campaign for Cavs Care, and designed sports graphics for ONE37pm.

The thread through all of it is the same: work on the marketing people see, and on the systems that make that marketing run.
